On Annie Ruth White Williams

Ruth White is the youngest daughter of Ausie and Lovia White. She married David Williams of Cherokee County, Alabama. They have raised five daughters on a large farm at Pope, southern Cherokee County, Alabama. Over the years they acquired about a section (one square mile) of land. When each daughter was grown, she received from her parents a generous grant of land to build her own house. David and Ruth Williams have managed and operated the farm themselves.
